One thing that is almost a certainty for Celtic this summer is that they will be in the market for another striker.
Kyogo Furuhashi is starting to find his form, but with Adam Idah heading back to Norwich City after his loan spell ends, that would leave Oh Hyeon-gyu as the only deputy to the Japanese forward.
Oh is clearly out of favour under Brendan Rodgers, with the Korean having played just 10 minutes of football since Idah was signed towards the end of the January window.
Names such as Lawrence Shankland, Bojan Miovski and Mathias Kvistagaarden have all been linked with the club over the last few months, but the frontrunner when it comes to bringing in a new striker is clearly already in the building.
The Irishman has been far better than many supporters would have expected. You only have to look back at Celtic's Idah signing announcement on X at 10:30pm on transfer deadline day to get a sense of some of the negativity surrounding the player's arrival.

With the gift of hindsight, the criticism levied at Idah was unfair, but at that time supporters were expecting Celtic to go out and break the bank on a new striker with Furuhashi underperforming under Rodgers.
Despite the underwhelming reaction to his arrival, Idah has provided the club with exactly what they needed, and that is a goalscorer. Early rumours are indicating that should Celtic look to pursue the Irish cap on a permanent deal in the summer, it would cost the club north of £6million.
With that being the rumoured fee, Celtic should definitely look to sign Adam Idah in the summer.
Big player for big moments
In the first-half of this season, one thing that Celtic were lacking was a game-changer. Too often was the side relying on the quality of Matt O'Riley to drag Brendan Rodgers' men out of the fire when the going got tough. By December it was clear that the team needed more quality, with talismanic figures like Furuhashi and Hatate underperforming or out injured.
Idah arrived and provided that game-changing option from the bench or as part of the starting XI. The 22-year-old has arguably been more influential to this Celtic side than any other player since the beginning of February, with Idah's goals single-handedly being worth 6 points to Celtic, more than any other player in the squad. His two braces at Easter Road and Fir Park could well be some of the biggest and most important moments of the season.
Healthy competition
Over the last few seasons, we have seen Celtic's attackers producing more quality when there is healthy competition for places. There is no doubt that Kyogo Furuhashi was firing on all cylinders and was at his brilliant best when he had a quality striker like Giorgos Giakoumakis breathing down his neck for that starting place.
After the Greek forwards' departure to Atlanta United, Celtic have been lacking that real quality back-up, with Oh failing to build upon a promising first six months at Parkhead.
Idah has brought that healthy competition back once again, and it is benefitting Kyogo Furuhashi as well. This is something Brendan Rodgers has also acknowledged when speaking to the media, and the manager should definitely encourage the club to splash the cash to sign his man in the summer.
